Where we are
Outside the Passo Valle Refuge you can see a small sign which reads: 'For more than 50 years the Cemin family have offered hospitality to travellers'. It is situated on the border between the Trentino and Veneto regions, along the road that crosses the Paneveggio national park linking the Fiemme Valley to Falcade in the province of Belluno.
The refuge is in the Tre Valli ski resort, along the slopes that lead from Col Margherita to Falcade, and lies at the foot of Mount Mulaz and the Bocche chain - fantastic places for lovers of alpine skiing and cross country skiing.
Recommended itineraries: the refuge is situated along the Alta via delle Dolomiti n. 2 route, ith the possibility of bivouacking for excursionists. An interesting itinerary is from the Passo Valles Refuge to the Volpi Refuge on Mount Mulaz (2,571m) via Forcella Venegia (footpath Sat n. 749, at 3.30). Footpath Sat n. 631 for the Juribrutto lake and peak leaves from the nearby Vallazza shepherd's hut (1km before arriving at Passo Valles from Paneveggio).
